1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If an eligible cancellation is approved after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method, wherever possible.
2. Return Eligibility
A return request may be accepted in cases such as:

- The product was received damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing or product defect.
- The product received is materially different from the product ordered.
Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Conditions for Return

4. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
- Order ID
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Details of the issue
- Unboxing photographs or video, if available
After reviewing the request, Magic Woolen Yarn may provide a replacement, return or refund, as applicable.
5. Product Colour and Appearance
For yarn and wool products, minor differences in colour, shade or appearance may occur because of lighting, photography, display settings and the natural characteristics of the material.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product may not be considered a defect.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
A return may not be accepted where the product has been:
- Used or damaged after delivery by the customer.
- Altered, modified or processed by the customer.
- Damaged because of improper handling or storage.
- Returned without the required product information or proof of purchase.
- Returned after the applicable return period.
Any product-specific return restrictions displayed on the product page will also apply.
7. Replacement
Where a wrong, damaged or defective product is verified, Magic Woolen Yarn may offer a replacement, subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, an applicable refund may be offered instead.
8. Refunds
Once a cancellation or return has been approved, the eligible refund will be initiated through the applicable payment/refund process.
For online payments, the refund may be processed through the payment gateway or original payment method, wherever applicable.
The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or payment service provider.
9. Refund Amount
The refund amount will depend on the reason for cancellation or return and the applicable terms of the order.
Where a refund is approved because of a wrong, damaged or defective product attributable to Magic Woolen Yarn, the applicable eligible amount will be refunded.
For other eligible returns, any applicable shipping or return charges will be handled according to the applicable return conditions.
10. Shipping Charges for Returns
Return shipping arrangements and charges will depend on the reason for the return.
For products received damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied by Magic Woolen Yarn, the applicable return shipping arrangements will be communicated to the customer after verification.
For returns requested for reasons not attributable to Magic Woolen Yarn, applicable return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
11. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be initiated after the cancellation is approved.
